Students are taught everything right from fundamentals in core subjects of Mathematics, Computational Techniques, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Programming, Data Structures, Engineering Drawing, and Communicative English as well as Introductory Engineering Coursework. There are well-equipped and fully functional laboratories for Engineering Physics and Engineering Chemistry making the process of learning more interesting and experiential rather than just theoretical. Phonetics labs and Computer labs have also been set up so that each student has access to practice what has been taught in classrooms.
The Department of Freshman Engineering, established in the year 1999 is headed by Dr. D. Srinivas Reddy, a Senior Professor who has an experience of teaching for over sixteen years, who is fully supported by a team of well qualified, highly dedicated faculty with an unparalleled level of expertise in their fields.
